It’s time to brew… Day two
It was the second day of our unique Barista Training workshop, and the students were fully prepared and enthusiastic. Today’s lesson focused on producing cold brewed coffee preparations; students tried their hand at Iced Cafe Latte, Iced Americano, Frappe Moccha, and a variety of other refreshing coffee-based beverages. The second session focused on learning how to make a variety of traditional coffee-based cocktails, including Irish Coffee, Espresso Martini, Jamaican Coffee, Mexican Delight, and others. The second day culminated with a graduation ceremony, during which all of the participants were presented with certificates recognising their successful completion of the famous Barista Training programme.
